We listed our home in December and we were worried about the quick turn around required to close our home before the holidays. Sold by Bowlby was the right way to go. I had no idea what was involved in selling a house. Matt did a couple of walk throughs with me, and made suggestions to make the process as smooth and quick as possible for me. I didn’t live in the same city as the house being sold.
