Roberto is always professional when he takes care of your hair. He doesn't rush and gives the best haircut & hair color. I followed Roberto since he started here in Red Deer & I am glad that he owns his own business now so it's easier to track him. Keep up the good work!

Being impulsive doesn’t really do no good.I decided to walked in Chatters salon in Bower mall and have my haircut done….. well after shower. I hated hated my hair.Thank goodness to Roberto for saving me, my hair and my days not hating my hair. As soon as I sat on the chair he exactly knew what was the problem with my haircut and knew what to do.So if you want to have a great result and spend decent price for a haircut go to Roberto.!

James cut, colored and styled my hair. I got about 4 inches cut off, and some layering. Dyed black. And styled with a blow dryer. I wanted the black to fade into red at the tips. He steered me away from that and suggested just black. He took the time to explain to me that my hair is very fine and damaged from years of doing black box dye. He explained to me that the bleach or whatever would put my hair at risk for a lot of breakage. I really appreciated that he took the time to explain everything to me. He made sure everything was going well throughout the appointment. He was very professional, and very kind. This salon is very clean, professional, and the design is very nice. James also did a hair repair thing when rinsing out the dye. Afterwards, he gave me some recommendations for repairing my hair. Highly recommend. I will definitely be back.

Look for Niño!I only have good words for my hairdresser. He gave me tips on what colour would be great for my Asian hair. And tips how to take care of it. I loved how my hair turned out the way I want to. I received alot of compliments from friends and even people I come across at restaurants. The salon is clean, cozy, and has complimentary drinks.

I had such a great experience. Roberto was so nice, funny, and accommodating. He even offered complimentary water and coffee. He has over two decades of experience and so knowledgeable about colours. I will definitely be back again.
