Dexter’s Flea Market

A great spot to hunt for obscure items of the high end yard sale" variety. The sheer amount of items per square foot is so great and varied it actually becomes an obstacle to finding things. There are any number of things there one might want to buy - the biggest challenge is FINDING it among all the stuff there. The word "overwhelming" comes to mind."

Nice people,only $1 to get in, the place is packed to the ceiling with vintage stereo equipment and records but the prices are very very high. I could have spent hundreds but i can get the same stuff in halifax for half the price.

Super selection and mostly great vendors. Prices are a lot more than your average flea market, but there is a good selection of vintage audio gear.

A very poor experience these last couple of weeks trying to do good business with Dexter's Flea Market. Paul, one of the vendors there treated me very poorly.My recommendation is that NO ONE should do business there.

Don't be fooled by all of the angry low ratings. A flea market is unlike a standard retail experience in that you need to have some modicum of street smarts and appraisal skill in order to find a good deal. The sellers are just regular people and will treat you with respect if you do so in return. That being said, don't expect to be surrounded by things that are worth buying (one man's trash is another man's treasure, after all). If you think going to a flea market is the same as shopping at your local walmart, you'd be dead wrong.P.S: The entrance fee is to pay the rent and a percentage of it goes to charity iirc

dirty and smelly doesn't even describe it. the man at the entrance did not greet us and rudely asked for the Admission fee. I didn't see anything interesting, most items are way over priced.I was left with the awful taste and smell of this place, that is what I will take for my experience at dexters!

It's ok but very over priced. Some tv series same price or higher then Walmart. Only reason we went so not likely going to bother to go back. :(

Pretty much sums up the management efforts of Brad LeBlanc. Just overall it's a confusing experience to walk in somewhere with vast arrays of disorganization and high prices that don't necessarily correlate to the flea market" idea."

This place is filled with overpriced garbage and thickskulled morons who will stop at nothing to rip you off. Tried to sell an old rusty pin for 5.00. Because it was limited edition"... Also had someone try to sell me a badly broken guitar for 160.00.Eff this place"
