What an experience. I have been in the Gravenhurst area for 18 years. Used a few marinas with good experiences. I decided to give mobile marine service a chance - being local and close for me. I have to say it was by far the WORST experience I have ever had - not only from a marine mechanic but from any vendor that I have paid for service. First. - the service he said he would complete was not done and I paid upfront as he demanded. He stored my boat- didn't even unhook the battery(which was dead in the spring). Make sure you get everything in writing - he keeps adding charges. Such as wanting to charge to take the shrink wrap off in the spring. Beyond the bad service, he is very combative and holds a major chip on his shoulder. Does not understand customer service and is extremely rude. Definitely customer beware! I seriously doubt his abilities as a marine mechanic. I should have known when I got to his location. Looks like a junk yard. I guess lesson learned. Mobile Marine Mechanic Is definitely sub par.

Wow what an experience - Customer Service does not exist in the mindset of the owner , there are crazy charges, he demands cash be brought to him he brakes things and tells you the customer to pay. Horrible experience do not recommend. Stay Away
