Value Buds Red Deer Downtown

Awesome selection of bud, and really great customer service. The one lady helped me out to find exactly what strain I was looking for, as I asked questions to see if she knew her stuff. Highly recommend to people passing through or if you live here. Will be coming by again next time I’m through town

I've been going into Value Buds almost weekly for a year and a half. Today a newer employee sold me the wrong pod for my vape. I came in a couple hours later to tell them he had sold me the wrong one, and if I could exchange it for the right one, even if it cost more (I also had my original receipt). They refused to exchange my product, and the employee went as far to lie to other employee and say that I told him specifically that I had the unit for that pod. It was incredibly terrible service, and it makes the customer feel terrible for the fact that i've spent how much money at that store, and they couldn't exchange a 25 dollar product for one that would actually work. I always recommend shopping local, and River Cannabis is the place I now recommend.

This is the only store I ever go to now. Best staff and prices in RD. Every time I come in I'm specific and the guys working always find something perfect for me. Appreciate the friendly service and amazing products every single time. Thank you!!

2 male workers were rude to my friend asking about products.. there's no place for that in a dispensary. We are just there to get our stuff and leave. Unfortunately I came here for the value buds brand.. should have just drove to the other location. Or I would opt for River cannabis, I know they honor returns.

I had an amazing experience here a couple weeks ago! Aaron helped me find exactly what I needed. He was super informative and has a great personality. I will definitely be returning often. I love when employees have such a good vibe, it makes me want to return and have them help me again. Thank you Aaron for your help ☺️

Hey fellow 420ers. Value Buds in Red Deer is nothing short of amazing. In my book, as a regular customer, both stores are well managed, staff at both stores are are amazing, positively interesting, and professional. The knowledge of legal cannabis, and products they offer, is top notch. The products, most of the time, are great quality and prices. I've grown to love my legal cannabis value Buds stores here in Red Deer.You help keep me out of pain in many areas of life, or at very least, manageable. They recommend various products, without offering medical advice. Of which, btw, is illegal for retail dispensaries to do. They've taken many changes to the company, in stride. Very rare to see. Way to go!!!! If you're a new user of legal cannabis, I highly recommend either Value Buds Red Deer stores. They won't steer you wrong. Raises for every staff member.
