I ordered large blizzard on 23rd april @ 345pm (BOGO) one was strawberry cheesecake and other was simple starwberry flavor. There were no cheeesecake in the blizzard. When i went and told to the girl at counter, she was rude and bluntly said i put what i used to put cheesecake everyday. Will not entertain you.I will not go the conrwall branch again

Very rude staff. I asked for parfait and she did we don’t have parfait in this location so I said oh, is this something new? Because I always buy parfait here. She said no we never had it in this location. We ordered 3 Sundays instead and she refused to give us napkins or lids for the Sundays we ordered. We I asked for napkins she started shaking her head and making comments in their language. They didn’t provide us with a copy of the receipt either. I informed her that I will be leaving a review about the bad service received and she said ok go ahead in a very rude voice. I will never go back there again.

Not the best value. Drive to Eliphinstone location. Worth the drive from any place in Regina as the quality of ice cream treats is superior too. More toppings and ice cream volume then other stores.

Poor staff representing the business whilst all the staff are front facing in this business this is detrimental. The two women I approached hesitated to stop their personal conversation, had to reconfirm my order as their conversation continued and both simply walked away from my order at one point without saying anything thus passing it onto the next.

Hi ! I went to DQ cornwall regina today , girl over there was totally senseless no greeting nothing , when asked smthing literally her expressions were disgusting,so rude , we called the manager to give suggestion, but he too was the same . Worst experience never ever we’ll go back to such place where customers r treated so badly.

I ordered mango lemonade sparkler small size. Quality was pathetic as it should be fizzy but it wasn't. When mentioned to the girl at counter, she said i always make it like that and can't do anything, not treated well and will not go there again.
