Employee is not doing his job, complained about someone at home with compromised immune system, the employee had no gloves on nor a mask..I asked what was he doing serving customers, he got belligerent, and threatened to assault me!Called Petro Canada! Put a complaint in,He needs to be fired and or suspended immediately!Owners were there and should be reprimanded for not acting swiftly.

So now they've closed the window service to normal people. Management creating more division and should be replaced immediately! Pathetic! Karma's in the jab!

One of the reasons I go to your Station is for the Window Service. With the Virus still creeping around I would think your Station would be discussing this with your Staff. Each time I go there your staff are to busy texting and to lazy to open the window. I noticed today the sign was ripped down regarding Window Service. Why? What is the big deal? I had one Staff tell me I do not have that til open, I am the only one there, so I said, perhaps you could from some Customer Service and open it. So what is the deal, Is your Window Service OPEN or CLOSED???? If it is going to continue to be a hassle, I will go elsewhere.

The guy working was a complete nerd and tried to pocket 50 cents for a bag. 1 out of 10, would never drink gas from again.

Staff needs to learn not to get combative with customers. I had several issues with their pump and all they were was defensive and unhelpful. Poor service!
