Jack's Towing

My husband and I had just gotten two flat tires from crossing the mission bridge south bound. An Aggressive Towing truck had pulled up on the Matsqui side where we had pulled off and he gave us Jacks towings.number to call. Jacks towing didn't take long to get to where we were and put the car onto the flat deck. They are very reasonable on pricing because we had given them a budget.

I would like to shout out the driver of truck number 72 who today drove past where myself and 6 other nurses were trying to get my keys out of my locked car. He very kindly pulled over and unlocked my car for me, free of charge. Thank you VERY much for your kindness! I will be coming back in future!

About our to jacks and mission towing and the driver Charles he went above and beyond his job when my jeep got towed and I was left stranded in the middle of the night unable to walk due to an injury making my mobility very limited. Just wanted to say thank you so much and I'd recommend either of these company's to anyone they r too notch in customer service and beyond helpful so again thanks so much!

Would give zero if I could, complained Dave about the damage their did to my car while towing it. Instead he told me that i am making false claim by sending just one side picture even tho I had pictures what it looked like before and what their driver did. Also he mentioned that my bumper was gonna get changed anywayssss. The worst service you can get out there. Driver even told us that he will be reporting that it was his mistake but clearing they don’t care about your vehicle

We got a flat tire just outside Agassiz on highway 1 west bound on our way home after a long weekend. It was on the driver side and there was no room on the shoulder to change it without a lane needing to be blocked. Luckily Isaac from Jack's towing passed by us and out of his own kindness, turned around to help us. He was super friendly and fixed everything quickly. Just as he was finishing, the rcmp had showed up (the person we had called for assistance). Isaac turned a bad situation into a nice memory, 5 stars!!

If I could leave 6/5 stars I would. Jack's towing is the best towing company in the Fraser Valley. There customers service is top tier I highly recommend if anyone need a car towed to use Jack's

Got into an accident with all the icy road conditions recently and was stressed right out! Only fire department responded, and called a taxi and Jacks Towing for me and my dog. The taxi never showed up at all, but Jacks Towing did, although they were given incorrect location information! The young guy that showed up, after exhausting persistence, had only been working for four shifts! Excellent Customer Service, even allowed my dog and I to sit in his truck while he loaded up my car, and drove us home, carried my stuff to the door for me, and said to just drop by when I need to get the rest of my belongings from my car. I arrived to do that a couple days later, prepared for an issue, but no problems at all! Not like other places that make you pay a bill before allowing access, or just refusing access to your own vehicle! In and out in a few minutes, and was surprised, pleasantly, with the whole experience - first time EVER with a towing place! These guys will be my first call anytime in the future! *Only 4 stars instead of 5 just because this process isn't over yet...may amend review and star rating at a later time*
