Brought another android box from them . Because they couldn't fix my old one . But still having problems with there service still. Freezing up on channels and movies??? Plus they say to Text msg them . But they don't answer you Back . For Days !!!!!. This cost me $150.00 cash?..

Worst experience at a retail store ever. We bought an android. Took it back two weeks later because it didn't work. They told us yah you bought the cheap one. We don't look after them it's your problem"... $90. Never going back there. Never recommending. Telling everyone I meet what happened. Good luck staying open"

The worst service ever. A guy his name is Shawn. TheTworst customer service ever. He doesn't wanna help. He doesn't wanna answer any question. He look at you like we're not supposed to task any. Then they raised the subscription from 15 to 20 and eve robe everyone else charge 15.bien sport and bt sports always freeze and he said its smoots channels nevernfreezne or buffer. My internet speed shows 120 on a box. Told to fix the issue they say it's the internet. Tried at Thier place and we had the same issue. The bottom line I don't recommend this place to anyone. This place is bad in every way Trust me.and Shawn is a liar.

Terrible service. I get disconnected very often. They blamed my internet. I switched to Rogers very fast Internet. It didnt help. They provided me with a local Help # which does not answer. I can the Head store (Techumseh), which only has one line and works 9-4:30 pm on week days. If there is a problem on Friday afternoon you are lucky if it gets fixed on Monday!

When I posted this review, all I meant was they could do better. No disrespect to all people working at this place but when I got a call and was yelled at by a representative (I don't want to mention their name) I really am not leaning towards giving any more of my business. I understand you call to ask how could they do better but telling me that I am wrong and I am not to put 1 star rating is just not right. All I wanted was to give them feedback but If I feel threatened to change review then I sure won't give my business. Please have an open heart and accept a small criticism. We are humans and we do mistakes.
