Not very impressed with a receptionist I just spoke with. Waiting over 25 minutes to get through and then when I finally got a person, she wouldn’t let me make an appointment for my husband. She said he needed to call - even though I had all of his information. She said she needed him to confirm where his prescription preferred location is and I cannot do this for him. Seriously!!!!! She was rude and very unhelpful. 25 minutes and this is what happens! This is not ok!

I have called 42 times this morning and line just rings busy???Finally got on hold... cue of 10...just to be told they were full for the day???try again tomorrow?!? BRUTAL healthcare system here! Receptionist has No empathy and then hung up on me!! Get some more staff!
