Bad workmanship. Returned distiller and leaking at float gasket, I had to find it. Got that fixed and then leaking at exit tube of pump. I had to find it. Wes said they didn’t work with hex tube. Got my plumber and he fixed it in 5 minutes. Very unprofessional work and service.

My wife was just here getting three water jugs. She asked for help with them to her car and told she could do it herself. She ended up cracking one of them and told she has to buy a new one to replace it. I was not with her but this is unacceptable. If there is a manager please be aware I will not be going to this store and will share my story. I have personally gone here before and asked for help every so often without any issues. Also had a cracked bottle replaced for free. I am very upset. DO NOT GO HERE!

Wes and his team were very good to deal with through the sales. His installer Darren walked us through everything he did including on going maintenance requirements. There was a small issue after the installation. Darren responded immediately and fixed things up. Excellent service!

Went to buy water for our wedding, employee stated buy extra you can return what ever you don't use" so naturally I bought more then I assumed I'd need. I thought I'd rather have more then I need then not enough. To my suprise when I tried to return the extra water the owner informed me I could not return them and was extremely rude about the entire ordeal. I feel as though I should not be punished for his lack of training his employees. Will never be purchasing or dealing with this company again."

Had many good years with world of water doing a great job. This one instance of a negative reaction may have been due to a bad day. It happens. Upon further reflection, I feel like one bad interaction doesn't warrant the bad review I gave.

I purchased a water distiller 2 years ago started to have some trouble with it. Called store and talked to WES the manager he explained how to fix it and had parts in stock .Great service ! Will recommend to friends .

Arrived as they were closing at 4:00. The customer service rep was wearing a mask, but I'm pretty sure he said his name was Brent when I asked him. I know you were probably ready to set the alarm to go home when I arrived. It was very nice of you to stay open for me, even if it was for just a few minutes. You're a perfect example of why I've been doing business with this WoW for 10+ yrs. Just wanted to say thanks for the great service!
