After many failed attempts at weight loss in 2021, I decided to book Sana Jan 2022 and that was the best decision I made. I only needed to loose about 15-20 lbs and with my active lifestyle (13000+ steps daily/ Pilates etc), intermittent fasting and dieting,I was unable to see any results. I’m a petite person so it showed even if I gained 5 pounds. Sana taught me the RIGHT way to eat, and that helped speed up my metabolism. The best part was I never needed to cook separate meals for myself, I ate what I cooked for the rest of my family. It was a steady process and by the end I lost 15 lbs. I honestly can’t recommend her enough!

Sana is probably the best thing to have happened to me.Yes I know that’s a bold statement but she is the absolute best. She doesn’t give you a cookie cutter diet and method of living. She carefully takes into consideration who you are as a person, your already developed lifestyle & patterns, your emotional state and then creates the best plan for you. My favourite part about working with Sana is that she also takes into consideration any trauma you might have been through and responds with the utmost empathy. This also reflects in the diet and lifestyle plan she creates for you.I cannot recommend Sana enough. If you’re looking for a holistic dietician that takes into consideration your mental, physical and emotional health, she is absolutely perfect.

I started working with Sana at the beginning of 2022 & it was the best decision! Struggling with PCOS symptoms for years, Sana guided me in ways that helped me understand PCOS/Insulin resistance better for MY lifestyle & taught me how to create better, more balanced meals (& sometimes quick / things I would already have in my pantry or refrigerator) to help me thrive in & outside of the gym. During the time I worked with Sana, I went through two major life events that took a huge toll on my mental/physical health (& would have normally thrown me off completely with my eating & food choices) but because of her guidance, I was still able to keep up for the most part & if anything, once life settled, I had the TOOLS to get back on track. Instead of simply giving meal plans or medication recommendations (which both are just bandaid fixes in my opinion), Sana set me up with lifelong tools to help me manage my pcos symptoms better.
