White Pine Outfitters

Just received a collar, 6 foot lead and 15 foot lead from White Pine! They are high quality and I anticipate they will perform well! Will update after several months of use!

Wonderful leash and collar combos with many options. The leads are buttery soft in your hands and both collars and leashes are so well made. While we bought our first set just a week ago, my breeder has been using these for years and years with Siberians and they have held up over years and years of use. My boys looks so handsome in their sets. There are so many color options available.

Great product, horrible customer service. Second time around ordering their collars since my pup outgrew his, unfortunately the package never arrived. I reached out to customer service via e-mail and they never bothered to reply – so be aware, especially if you live abroad and pay 20+ euros in shipping. I stopped recommending them to friends as it's not worth the risk.

I am very disappointed in this company and their lack of communications on a problem. It really sucks and I would think the would like to help me make it right. I absolutely love their products. I emailed them immediately after placing my order. I also emailed them again and even called them leaving a voice mail that has yet to be returned. I did not hear from them for 5 days, after my order had left! Had they actually checked their email or returned my phone call this could have all been avoided. I am now out money and no product.

White Pine Outfitters is a very trusted brand amongst the Samoyed Community. It’s why I trusted them with the safety of my samoyed puppy who was 5 months old at the time. I purchased the 9/16 softweb snap collar on 3/23/21 and by 9/8/21 it was broken. Luckily the break happened in an enclosed area so my baby wasn’t able to escape and get hurt or worse. Of note, I had also purchased a slip collar from them and a leash. I reached out to WPO via email several times as they said they stand by their product and offer warranty, that was a lie. They completely ignored my messages despite filling out their template with all order required information plus the pictures of what happened. Finally, after persistent emailing I got a message from someone named Sheree Bye. When I explained and showed what happened she completely blew me off and never responded and I never heard back fromthe company again. They continued stonewalling until I gave up. Id never purchased, trust, or recommend this company ever again simply based on poor quality and customer service. You can see this collar not only failed and snapped at the plastic buckle but it was also fraying which is alarming. This was on a 5 month old puppy so how much stress was it even taking to fail so early. It was really concerning. Now I harness and martingale collar my dog on walks with a much more superior company than WPO.
