Large, bright, beautiful shop. I wandered the aisles for 20 minutes, however, no one approached me to see if I needed help.

I am a first time Kubota tractor owner and I'm very glad Kooy Bros is in Toronto. Their knowledge, advice, and service are fantastic, whether in-person or by phone. I'd rank them higher than any car, boat, or motorcycle dealer I've done business with for attitude and customer service.

We purchased a Toro snowblower in November and I was very pleased with the sales team in helping me choose the right model. We used it 2 times this past month and where amazingly satisfied with its performance. The third time we went to use it, started on the first try and ran for about ten minutes and shut down, we tried over and over to start it but no luck, so I called there service department and they asked me to bring it in but I had no way to transport it because of its size. They said we can pick it up and return it for $90 charge. I said that’s fine. When they picked it up within 10 minutes the driver called me back and said I found the problem, the fuel line knob was probably accidentally turned off so it wasn’t getting any fuel, he said he would be returning the machine in 15 minutes because nothing was wrong with it. The best part is there was no charge to us. I’m so grateful that there are companies out there that make customer service there number 1 priority. Thank you for your outstanding service, the world needs companies like you guys in our community. I would Definitely recommend Kooy Brothers.

I arrived at Kooy's today 25 mins before they closed, for help with my trimmer. As always, they were happy to see me, took care of me right away and I was out within 15 mins. My bill was so much less that I expected that I had to check it for errors.This company is a dream to deal with. All the staff really know their product. 10 Stars!

Well organized parts department with a very large range of parts in stock.The asian guy at the parts desk is very knowledgeable, helpful and reliable when it comes to finding parts for your machines.

Visited Kooy Brothers this afternoon, after placing an online order for a Toro Time Master Lawnmower, a Stihl pressure-washer, and a Stihl chainsaw for some upcoming “honey-do” projects at the house we just purchased.I interacted with Amir and Cameron, my experience with both, seemed straight-forward enough. They were pleasant and helpful.Prices at Kooy Brothers are generally below the nearby competition, and they generally have a much better selection.Assuming no major hiccoughs, this is my new lawn and yard equipment Center.Give them a shot....you won’t regret it.

2 days on hold for parts. Also erogant sales staff. Think there better then customers.

I bought a Toro 1800 Power Curve electric blower a few weeks ago before the winter snow. Sorry for this late review. I have used it twice in the last couple of days and I LOVE it!! It gets the job done nicely. It's got lots of power and it's quieter than my old 1800 Power Curve. The two sales people at the front desk were outstanding and I definitely got the feeling that my business is important to Kooy Brothers. Thank you all again!!

Extremely helpful. Gave a good overview about the snow blower. Left with the machine ready to use. Great friendly service. Would definitely recommend them

My first time coming here with absolutely no knowledge on snowblowers… their representative Cameron Chambers changed that. He was very knowledgeable, patient with my questions and concerns and just made my visit so comfortable. Thanks to his excellent customer service, he made an honest sale and a very happy customer. It seems most of the staff share these qualities, that being said, this place is definitely worth buying from. From good prices to solid service. Well done!
