So these guys are the best, they found me a side mirror for my 98 accord 2 months ago had it delivered within a week. Now i need a thermostat cover *a part that honda doesnt make anymore* and they were the only guys in the valley to have it. Prompt service and very quick to call back!

Great experience, garage and front desk staff we're very knowledgeable and knew what they we're doing, saved us over $400 on a set of rare bucket seats for one of our recent builds. Would have given 5 stars but the owner was a bit of a pr*** and threw some backhanded comments about gouging more money from us before we left. Staff we're honest and professional though and helped me grab some other items before we left for the east coast, Would recommend!

I was really at my witts end this morning, trying to find a very expensive part cheaper; I encountered many men on the phone who were rude and just downright wouldn't listen to hear that I know what I'm talking about. Ford couldn't understand" me to even get me the part number. Yes I know the name placement and function of the part requested. Relief finally came when it was recommended to me to call Lads. We come from Carleton Place and heard about them in 2019. Great people, honest and knowledgeable staff, extremely helpful in ordering-in quality used parts from other sources for you if they dontbhave it and youre in a pinch and they dont seem to upcharge for that service either. Very good and honest people. Highly recommended to all my family and friends since then.

Needed new headlight assembly for both lights. My car needs stupid expensive headlights. They helped find the best price possible ($300 cheaper than local places wanted), ordered them for me and we travelled 2+ hours to pick up. Could have got them closer I'm sure to home but the customer service was excellent so happy to support them. Would definitely go back if we need more stuff.

pretty pricey place for used car parts, were asking 130$ for one used headlight for a car thats 20 years old. hood was 230$ lol.

They were great. Needed a new box on a f250 and they had one on site. They again they always have stuff on site. I know they can order stuff too . Reasonable prices as well
