I have done all car maintenance at the dealership since I bought my car. The service provided was good, but not anymore. The last two times, I asked to change the car key battery, and I paid for it; however, even after the alleged change, I got a low battery message. I asked them to fix it, and they pretended to do it. Now I'm stuck in the parking lot far from home because the company didn't get their job correctly. BONUS COMPLAINT: I had a problem with the wiper blades, they cannot wipe the water during the rain, and they never provided a good one like Toyota offers for their customers. Even after buying a new one, it seems the wipers sold by the dealership are not original, or Hyundai has the worst wipers In the market. Another trouble was they damaged the driver's door while I was there to do the maintenance and used just a pen to repair it. But the problem is visible and still there, making my car price dropping. Unbelievable how they are the worse dealership in town! Never buy a Hyundai!

The dealership overall is well run and there was no pressure from anyone at any time to make a purchase, I really appreciated that aspect. Everything was explained really well and they were honest with everything. No surprises from anyone. Unexpectedly, the manager came over and showed me the ins and outs of my new ride. There is a lot to go over, and I can't wait. Hope to shop here again when that time comes

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at Agincourt Hyundai dealership. I had high hopes when I walked in, but unfortunately, the sales team made several wrong commitments that were not fulfilled. This lack of professionalism and honesty was incredibly frustrating.What made matters worse was the disrespectful treatment I received as a customer. I was made to wait for long hours without any clear explanation or updates on the status of my purchase. This showed a disregard for my time and a lack of consideration for customer satisfaction.To add insult to injury, even though the dealership was unable to provide the car I had put a deposit on, they refused to refund my money. Holding onto the deposit despite their inability to fulfill their end of the agreement is both unethical and unacceptable.I reached out to the dealership multiple times to resolve the issue and get my refund, but my efforts were met with indifference and unhelpful responses. It is deeply disappointing to see a dealership prioritize their own interests over customer satisfaction.I would strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution when dealing with Agincourt Hyundai dealership. The false commitments, disrespectful treatment, and unwillingness to provide a refund make it clear that this is not a dealership that values its customers' trust or satisfaction.

I had a great experience dealing with them purchased Tucson Nline brand new. When I visited the dealership first time I met Sonia Malik, she guided me through credit developing process as I was very new in Canada that time. I booked my car and get it delivered in proposed time. Getting a brand new car and specially financed with a decent Interest rate in your 1st year in Canada is impossible but Sonia Malik and team made it possible for me. GRATEFUL!!

He offered us the best deal compared to all hyundai dealerships in GTA region and took care of all the details which helped us stay stress free with the delivery of the car. While most of the dealerships were providing us a timeline of 5-6 months for the delivery, Rishab got us the car in under 3 months. She promised a specific date and informed me if there were any changes, either two days before or after the original date. You can trust that she stands by her commitments.
