We hired Realtime Audio for our wedding and reception at the Elkhorn Resort in Clear Lake, MB on Oct.13, 2018. Alex and his team were very friendly, accommodating to our ideas and helped make our day special. From the sound quality to the uplighting and video, our guests were impressed with the atmosphere. For the value we received and the easy rapport we developed with Alex, my new wife and I couldn't recommend anyone better.

I contacted RealTime audio as well as another Winnipeg stage lighting company a few weeks before our church's Easter Play. We have a large stage in our gym that has never had great lighting, so I wondered what options were available.I have no previous experience with stage lighting, and out of the replies I received, Alex's was by far the most helpful. He was able to recommend a layout that would work for the extension we built off the front of the stage as well as provide great lighting for all the actors, that fit into our budget.Prices were very reasonable, and included delivery/setup/takedown which was appreciated.He was very flexible with delivery/pickup times, and was on-time for both.He explained the operation of the light-board completely - and showed us features that we didn't even know were available - which we might just have to incorporate into the script for next time!I highly recommend RealTime Audio Video Lighting. As a member of the organizing committee for a national scientific conference, I am thankful we found Real Time AV to provide the audio/visual service for our event. Our conference had 170 astronomers gather at the Fort Garry hotel. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we contacted Real Time fairly late in organizing our event. Despite our rather rushed timescale, Alex was able to graciously accommodate our every need, and dynamically adjusted to our plans as our event took shape.As soon as the conference began, we were impressed with not only the quality of the equipment but the reassuring expertise of everyone associated with Real Time. Our conference featured three simultaneous parallel sessions, each in a separate ballroom which we outfitted with dual screens as well as an audio system. Parallel sessions ran 15 minutes each, so the transitions between speakers were rather brief. Each speaker used their own laptops to show powerpoint slides which were connected before the talks. Any time we needed any help, our AV tech was on hand and ready to assist. In fact, many of the attendees were surprised only one tech was on site at a given time, as there was always a helping hand provided exactly when needed. In addition to our parallel sessions, we also had AV needs for some focus group meetings and a dinner speaker during a banquet. In all cases the AV went off without a hitch, with crystal clear audio and perfect display quality.We received many positive comments regarding our audio and video set up in particular, and give Real Time AV the highest possible recommendation. Thanks to Alex and his crew for helping to make our event a success!

Fantastic! We were hosting a Corporate 50th Anniversary celebration and very close to the event date we realized we didn't have a screen for our presentation. I got in touch with Alex and even with just a few days notice he made it happen for us. They came out and installed a 12 foot screen in the middle of a Helicopter repair shop! They were nothing but professional and took great care in setting things up. As this was not your normal" event location we were wondering how it would all work out.. the answer AWESOME! The screen really put together the party! I was beyond pleased with the service and the professionalism of Real Time. The equipment was great
