I've been a client of this location since I moved back to Winnipeg and have always received top-notch service. I'm very pleased with this credit union.

I've been a member of this Credit Union for almost 20 years. Never had any issues, and everyone is alway's very helpful and kind.

Went in for a mortgage and the woman we saw never got back to us despite several calls and droping in. She seemed to lack the knowledge necissary to help us and also spoke poorly of mortgage brokers. Otherwise the tellers are fine. (2017-18)**UPDATED Sept 2022**This location has gone severely downhill with customer service since the pandemic started. Before I had no problem coming here getting a quick transaction done with a friendly teller. Now I’m lucky if I’m in and out of there in 15 minutes. Today, right before a long weekend where they are closed tomorrow, 40 minutes before end of day, a bunch of people were standing in the back room chitchatting socializing for a solid 10 minutes (since I’d come in. Who knows how long it actually had been going on). I’ve had a very hard week and I am not feeling well, and I really needed to get going to get home to my sick dog and let him out. It’s very frustrating to stand there and hear & see staff socializing in the back room, see them look and see a lineup of people, and still not come out and do their jobs. Why they continuously take breaks at the busiest part of the day is beyond me. Don’t even bother going at lunchtime. They send their staff on lunch so you are lucky if there’s 2 tellers open and inevitably one or both are dealing with someone who has an extensive complicated task. I miss the old staff. I saw one at the west portage location (where the service is MUCH better but very far away) and he recognized me immediately even though it had been 2 years and greeted me warmly. Yet at THIS location one of the chatty tellers that was down the back hall gabbing, came up and loudly announced to the woman in line behind me “thank YOU for your patience.” SHES BEEN THERE LESS THAN 2 MINUTES. What patience? She just walked in! I was waiting over 10 minutes and asked for help and was told someone would help me soon, clearly she didn’t like that I was annoyed they were socializing during a busy part of the day when time is tight. That passive aggressive bull is your customer service now!? I really wish this wasn’t my closest branch. Both the west portage and mcphillips locations actually CARE about good customer service, being polite and friendly. If they see a line up someone goes to a kiosk immediately, even if they’re higher up the food chain. Take some lessons from those locations, Ellice Cambrian. I see you and it’s not a good look.

Terrible service,, I left thinking I don't need this bank, so I went to a different branch and got perfect service, apparently it's just the Ellice branch that sucks, it's worth going elsewhere!
