My experience with Shira was incredible! I visited her due to low back pain in early pregnancy. She was able to help the pain decrease within 1 session! Truly amazing and not to mention such a sweet person to deal with too. Highly recommend you book a visit!

I have been using Shira for a while. She has this amazing knowledge of anatomy and can identify and treat the source of a problem in a short 30 min session. I’m amazed that she can just relieve pain on the spot by restoring alignment with a few twists. Easy to book an appointment, easy to submit for insurance coverage and such a pleasure to work with. Posture has such a deep effect on our daily lives and bad habits only become more deeply ingrained as we age. I’ll be coming back!

I’ve been dealing with pain in my coccyx and was recommended to see an osteopath. Shira treated me and then explained WHY I was in pain based on the mechanics of my low back. After her treatment I was able to sit without that coccyx pain! The morning after my treatment I can’t explain how good I felt. Do you know that feeling when you put on a new pair of glasses that are the right prescription, and feel like, “oh wow! Now I can see!” That’s what I felt like after my last treatment. Oh wow! This is what it feels like to stand straight!

I was struggling with lower back pain and overall body stiffness. Shira listened empathatically to my history and was able to effectively treat my lower back with such precise skill. I was amazed at how mobile I felt and how little pain I was in with just one session! I highly recommend Shira for her gentle care and knowledge of osteopathic treatment. Best desicion I made!

Shira is an excellent practitioner. Her hands on approach enabled her to pinpoint my trouble spots and provide me with physical relief. Her gentle and respectful manner made me feel very safe in her care. I was struggling with a few issues that were intersecting, and she was able to address each one individually, as well as in relation to the others. I would definitely recommend her osteopathic skills.

Shira literally has hands of gold. I was suffering for years from shoulder pain and went to lots of different ppl to help relieve the pain. After one session, my range of motion is way way better!!! I highly recommend Shira and her gentle treatment for anyone in any kind of pain.

I am probably the pickiest person in the word when it comes to hands on therapies. Yesterday, I had my first session with Shira. I was thrilled that I finally found someone who meets my standards. To say she is amazing, it would be an understatement. She is beyond amazing, beyond fantastic... She is a true healer. I can only highly recommend her.
