We used Diguer Plumbing to help us retrofit some ABS pipes for a new vanity install in our powder room. Paul was very friendly and courteous. He explained the whole process for routing our existing ABS pipe from the floor into the drywall so the lines would match up with our new vanity. All the work was done clean and professionally. He even help assemble the hardware for the vanity before completing the install. We will be using him for future work on our home.

I called 2 plumbers to remedy a problem with water leaking into my cabinet under the kitchen faucet. Plumber #1 did not want to do the job because after a careful inspection, explained that I needed to replace my counter top as a result of wood rot under the existing faucet. Plumber #2 (Diguer Plumbing) also assessed my issue and said that he could fix my problem. I of course thought this guy (Paul) has some talent and ability that plumber #1 obviously did not have. Paul worked hard and was professional. He assured me that the new faucet was secured on so tight that my initial problem of water getting under the faucet base would not happen again and that he has solved my problem.A little over a year later and an exhausted warranty I am again facing the same problem. After contacting Paul and addressing the issue he blamed the wood rot as the cause of my ongoing problem. Now this is my point of contention with Diguer Plumbing.....Paul, you should have been honest from the start and perhaps have explained to me that what you did would not be a permanent fix as a result of the wood rot. Instead you took my money after reasurring me that my problem was solved. Paul, you're a nice guy and a hard worker but you lack integrity and proper ethics. I call it as I see it! Oh, by the way, you did mention you may come by on the day we spoke and retighten the faucet for me. You did not come by and you also did not call me to say you could not come by! See like I said, you lack integity and proper business ethics.

Had a sump pump fail on new years eve, during a massive thaw, water just pouring in. He was crazy busy, we messaged back and forth by text, price seemed fair, It was around 11 pm by the time he got here, but even that late, after what must have been a crazy day, he was thorough, did the job well, did checks to make sure everything was working, even went out to try to find where it was discharging. It was minutes from midnight by the time he went out, and still had at least one more stop to make.Would absolutely hire him again, and you can't beat that service in a crisis.

Prompt, professional service and super high quality work. Had him in to install a higher quality sump pump and battery backup in a pretty unique situation, and he solved the problem perfectly. He kept me informed throughout the process, taught me a few things and I needed to know. Super nice guy too!

Paul was gracious to come last minute to repair an issue another company had ensured I need not worry about which turned into a tank of water on the floor. Although I wasn’t home at the time, he was professional and pleasant with my elderly mother and had her call me to explain the repair and what we could do to extend the longevity of our already 30 year old basement toilet. His rates were quite reasonable and he will be my go-to for plumbing going forward. Thank you Paul!
