Fresh Hope helped our family when my husband and I were first married 22 years ago. We needed direction and tools to help us become a happy, healthy & functional family. Our children as well as and I were dealing with some difficult times as a result of divorce and a new family dynamic of becoming a blended family. We were referred to Fresh Hope from our church Pastor. I’m so thankful for that referral as it was one of the best steps we could make. Beth gave our family a new way to become united together. Over the years there were times that we called upon Fresh Hope to help with other family matters as well as personal ones. On behalf of my husband, myself and our 4 boys we would like to thank Fresh Hope for being there for all of us. I recommend them highly for other families and individual therapy.As clients we are blessed to receive their services by video communications which has made appointments so much simpler to commit to and in the comfort of your own surrounding. You won’t be disappointed. You will have new Fresh Hope to guide you through your future together.

Fresh Hope is an excellent place to work, where client comfort, confidentiality and well-being are the utmost priority. The company is run by upstanding, honest people. It's a great environment to attend counselling. Free parking as well!

This is a review just based on customer service. As a company that deals with mental health services, I would assume that customer service would be very important. I have sent in an email (the evening of February 12) and left a voicemail (February 15 in the afternoon) and still have not heard back (February 21) which I feel is an acceptable amount of time to expect to receive a response. It's very disheartening as it is hard to reach out when you need help to begin with then getting zero response makes it even more difficult. I have since found somewhere else to go, I just hope that going forward it is easier for someone else to contact you.

Friendly staff, welcoming and safe environment. Well educated and diverse counsellors in many areas. Cathy Murray is an amazing Therapist who I would highly recommend to anyone. She is warm and inviting, truthful, real and genuine and a person that not only excels at her job, but could not be more suited for it. All in all a wonderful place and experience that helped me grow as a person, Thank you muchly!

Beth always seems to be able to sort through the jumble of words and emotions that I spill out and can repeat back to me what I've been thinking and feeling with such clarity. She gets it. I really love the video sessions, as it suits my busy schedule the best. The sessions are comfortable, and chatting through the screen is just like chatting in person: her way of connecting with a client is extraordinary. I highly recommend Beth as well as anyone in her team.
