I experienced excellent customer service from the team at SelecTele. I had an issue with my central vacuum and even though I did not purchase the product from SelecTele, they assisted me in contacting the manufacturing and replacing the unit through the manufacturer warranty. We had an issue with our phone lines this week. We have not had to deal with anything like this for the past eight years. Since we had used the services of Selectele in the past, we decided it was best to start with a company we knew. We were happy with the previous service and we called for assistance. They accommodated us the same day! David Ward helped solve our issues and educated us on how to prevent future problems. In a world where we spend more energy on complaining about bad service, we wanted to spend time letting people know that great customer service is alive and well at Selectele.

Just a great experience our shop was hit by lightning and they had us up and running same day . Great price and service on our new phone system.
