My wife and I went here yesterday looking at smith machines and cages.. I have to say I really felt like I was being talked down to , and almost as if the lady there didn’t want to sell me anything… was kind of rude also … I was a bit taken back .. I can tell you I will never shop here!!! I went to London and spent 1500$ at the treadmill factory and the customer service was amazing!!!don’t even wast your time

Shop here ONLY if all other options fail.There is zero (NONE) return policy.Salesperson hid defects on plate weights as she carried them to the check-out. Was not allowed to exchange. She was fully aware of the defects as she carefully hid them from view as I paid.The (lack of) tolerances (standard dimensions) on the Northern Lights plate weights is absurd. The cost for the plates relative to their quality is ridiculous. Again, no exchanges or refunds.Shop elsewhere. This is the dead-end of no other options.Twice a week (leg days) I load a barbell and am reminded why this store is such a disappointment.

Whatever I have gone here for, they've had! Great selection of a variety of products (mats, plates, dumb bells, kettle balls, bands, etc.) and helpful staff that make it easy to get in and out of there quickly!

Friendly staff and a large array of fitness equipment at solid prices.

My husband and I went in to get an adjustable workout bench and the lady was so rude! We asked how much one was (no price on it) and instead of telling us the price she informed us that she has none in stock but might have some when the next shipment arrives, but there’s been lots of interest so not sure if they will have one for us after the shipment either. We inquired about buying a display model and she said it was not an option because she didn’t want to have to put together another one... all perfectly understandable. She did not offer to order one for us, she did not offer to take our name and number to call if one became available... honestly some basic customer service options that go a long way!!! And maybe a lot less attitude would help too.The guy that greeted us was really friendly and they had a decent selection of weights and equipment (hence the two stars).Not sure why she came out of the back room just to be rude to customers. Wish we could’ve kept dealing with the front desk guy.Will not be giving them my business!(This occurred Thursday Sept 17 around 5 o’clock)

Place is kind of hard to find and they have a massive selection of weights,bars and even a little boxing stuff

Can’t beat the prices and knowledgeable staff. Much of what they offer is being sold used for higher prices.

I would not recommend shopping here. One item I purchased cracked after 1 or 2 uses. I received very poor customer service when trying to sort this out. No effort to help me at all. I ended up filing a dispute with my credit card company. Then Head Office got involved. I hate leaving bad reviews, but this was bad. I ended a phone call with someone from HO by telling them that I felt harassed by them. I will never shop here again.

We bought a LOT of equipment from them, early in the Pandemic, including a treadmill, a stationary bike, weight bench, and an almost-entire set of dumbells. Spent a LOT of money there, to set up our home gymWhen we bought the weights, they only had one 7.5 dumbbell. They told us we could go ahead and buy it, and they'd call us the next week or so when the other was in. The salesperson recommended doing so, as there had been supply issues.Months go by, me calling every week or so for updates. Finally - FINALLY - they got some in... And refused to sell me a single one, saying they had to go in pairs.I explained what happened when we bought the entire set, didn't matter.It still blows my mind that after thousands of dollars spent, they got petty over a $15 (iirc) item.Still have incomplete weights tree, a year and a half later. Another location was willing to sell us one as a single... But they never have it in stock.
