Condo fees are way too high for dealing with such rude management

Absolutely amazing place to live!Firstly it is in a prime location, conveniently neighbouring a large shopping plaza (Walmart, Sobeys, Dollar Store, Bulk Barn, Tim Hortons, Gas Station, Gym, Shopper Drug Mart, Canada Post, Subway, Pet Value to name a few!)If you enjoy dining out, Uptown Waterloo is just 10 minute walk (or 2 minute drive) up the road!Aside from an amazing location, the condo itself is very nicely maintained. It features large spacious units with 10 units per floor. The best part about owning one of these unit is that the condo fees are ALL INCLUSIVE!! This is extremely hard to find nowadays. The monthly condo fee covers Hydro, water, heating, parking, maintenance fees for an extremely affordable price!!! You don't have to worry about covering any of these bills! Most condos only cover 3 of the above mentioned items.I highly recommend buying a unit in this building for the reasons stated above. It's not only an excellent starter for first time homebuyers but also a wonderful building for retirement. Many of the occupants are older so it's a nice quiet building.If you are looking for a building where everything one might need is right next door and a low condo fee that's all inclusive, Blackwillow Condos is the place!!
