i.d.a. International Dance Academy

We found I.D.A. when my daughter was seeking a studio where she could focus on her ballet training and grow as an artist. She has trained at I.D.A. since 2018 and her growth and artistry has continuously grown year after year and even during the pandemic. The instructors are very talented and supportive of the dancers and are very in tune with each dancer as an individual. They want nothing more for the dancers than to be happy, healthy and challenged while still enjoying themselves. I really love how the teachers nurtured my daughter's love for dancing but also for choreographing. I.D.A. is a second home for my daughter.

Canceling classes without letting the parents know.

My daughter has been dancing at IDA for the past 2 years and she couldn’t be happier. It had been recommended that we try their summer intensive, after the week I knew that it was the perfect place for my daughter. The quality of instruction as well as the culture in the studio is outstanding. IDA is like a second home to my daughter, her “happy place”. International Dance Academy has the perfect combination of embracing your child while pushing them to reach their full potential. Proper technique is of course the main focus, however I am most impressed with the priority that is placed on the health of the dancer. I am so happy that we found International Dance Academy, I only wish that we found it sooner.

Having found I.D.A by recommendation is something we are ever thankful for. The faculty are truly shining stars, and they continue to show that the sky's the limit for them. Their energy and commitment kept everyone engaged while forced online during the pandemic. The staff took the time to personally connect with each dancer, ensuring their love of dance continued to grow.With in person classes having resumed, the teachers are shining as bright as ever. Their precise attention to detail, and approach are key. However, the true hidden gem is how much they care for their dancers. We look forward to having the positive influences of Ida, Martha, and other faculty members be a part of our daughter's growth, both as a dancer and individual.
