The staff at Bur Oak Dental are amazing! Every visit is a great experience. They really make going to the dentist and hygienist comfortable. The COVID procedures are also well thought out.

The place is a scam. The dental office my friend went to, was the Buroak Dental East. They are money grabber. He went for his dental hygiene and end up filling for two teeth. After three months my friend had to go back for follow-up dental hygiene but she, the dentist, requested him to do the filling again. My friend felt that was suspicious and wanted a second opinion. He went to another dentist who is not related to this Buroak Dental and was told the teeth were perfectly fine. No need to do anything. We think they want more business at all costs, even lying. That was disgusting. Do not go there.

The whole team was absolutely amazing. They all helped calm my nerves before my procedure. The outcome of my crown was flawless. Dr. Yeung explained the procedure step by step and I can’t believe how amazing the crown turned out. Would highly recommend!

Second visit since pandemic. Clinic is clean. Comfortable. And everyone is there to make the procedure as painless as it can be. Thank you to Katie a few weeks ago to giving me a great cleaning and great conversation. And yesterday to the team who put up with me at my filling for your kindness.

Dr Yeung is professional, just the front desk is rude. They threw a mask to us instead of give it to us. (Ours just damaged at that moment) can't imagine that kind of service in Markham. Won't recommend this location but freshco location is good.

Best dental office, staff and dentist I have ever had. There's a culture of kindness and ease folded into the professionalism. Dr. Yeung and staff are wonderful. And, they participate in mentoring new, interning dentists learn the craft so they can contribute to good dental practice for the future. Dare I say, it is a good experience going to the dentist?!

I’ve come to love this place and that’s saying a lot as I’m not a super fan of going to the dentist! LOL.. The staff are friendly, and the facility is always clean and inviting! My oral hygiene is definitely in good hands so even though I moved out of area I still make the trip for every appointment. With all the recent changes.. they have air purifiers in every room and follow all the protocols for safety and cleanliness. I have visited during the pandemic and felt very safe.

Our whole family loves coming to Bur Oak Dental East. They always take such great care of us - especially with our son who needed some extra help getting X-rays. They were so patient and helpful and made everything easy for us!
