I stumbled across Trysport in search of Nordic Ski's for my young son and I (parents will understand how hectic things have been with all the school closures). As a first time (and out of town) customer they were patient, provided great advice, and made my life just that little bit easier (invaluable). Hope to be able to visit the store in person at some point!

I ordered a pair of skate skis from Trysport and corresponded with David, the owner, throughout the purchasing/shipping process. He was great to deal with and I would definitely purchase again from Trysport.

While camping at Oastler Park in Parry Sound my rear bike tire continued to loose air. I stopped in at Trysport where I met David the owner. He not only fixed my tubeless tire leaks but took me into his work shop and showed me how add fluid myself. All free of charge, even gave me a valve stem tool. Great experience, thanks.

I was on a bike trip and my front deraileur broke. I showed up 15 minutes before closing. Both owners were more than accommodating and Dave got me fixed up to keep in my way. Professional service and very friendly.VERY highly recommended.

I didn’t want to spend much in case I didn't commit like I thought I would, so I figured I’d be leaving with a Storm: great light trail rider. If you're considering a Can Tire mountain bike, spend just a little more and pick up a Trek Marlin or Norco Storm from David, and it will last a lifetime. Despite there being no sales pressure from David, I ended up leaving with the upgraded Norco Charger after considering better suspension, drive-train and hydraulic versus mechanical disc brakes , plus it was a great deal on an older model. I’m new to Parry Sound, but after how easy today was, I’ll have no reason to look elsewhere and I’ll 100% be back if (when) I want to upgrade to dual suspension and for my child’s first bike! The shop offers a free tune-up within 2 months, which is good on a new bike, and then just regularly maintain it yourself. I rode 20 kms of rocky trails on the day of the purchase and the bike was solid so I’m pretty well hooked again! Rode another 15 kms of rocky trails today, very happy with the bike for what it will be used for!

Great bike fit, fixed some nagging issues I had since getting a new bike. Plus he gave me some cool riding and fit education during the appointment.
