I do not feel that they accurately portrayed the safety of their products. I also found that they were up to 4x more expense than the medical supplies store down the street.

Staff who helped me with an aircast didn't seem to know much about it. The lady who was the expert" was also no help when he asked her questions. I ended up having to watch youtube videos to find out exactly how to use the aircast....was also missing the stockinette and instructions. If I wasn't in pain and had the time and energy to go elsewhere
