Purchased a bunch of shirts, went back to return two of them a few days later. Store in mall was closed down for renos for a month. Tried to go back multiple times withing the next few weeks because it didn't say anywhere on the outside when it would be re-opening.Attended store to return the items right after they re-opened and they wouldn't allow the refund. The phone line to the store was also disconnected during this renovation time.Also spoke to store manager who offered no assistance other than that i could have driven 20 minutes to the next closest store.Definitely won't be going back.

I went to return a sweater But I had received from an online order the day before. It had a few dog hairs on it, I have a golden retriever and I had tried to sweater on at home. The sales associate refused to accept the return and was so rude and unprofessional about it. Someone like that shouldn’t be working face-to-face with customers.

I purchased winter jacket from here 2 years ago and wanted to purchase similar kind of jacket but this time I can’t see that unique cloth pattern.

I was able to find what I needed for my daughter quickly, there were more staff than customers but everyone was spread out and respecting physical distancing. I have been shopping from h&m online but the store is much better not having to wait for shipping delays. Cashier was fast + friendly.
