We had a great experience with Optima Home Inspections. Matt was very professional and educated us on what the radon levels in our home meant. We had our home tested for radon when we purchased it nearly 2 years ago and lost the report so we thought we better get our home tested again. We are very grateful we did and happy we found Optima!

Matt was great! He responded quickly and was able to get our radon test done in a timely matter, which we much appreciate since my husband and I both have busy schedules. If we ever move, he will definitely be the one we call for the inspection/radon testing (both MUSTS when buying a new home)

I highly recommended Optima Home Inspections LLC! I had already tried a less accurate Radon test on my house that suggested my home's levels were a little elevated so we decided to get a more accurate test from a professional. Matt was awesome. He was very prompt, professional and trust worthy. Matt came in and setup his machine and came back 2 days later to pick it up again. He went over the results with me and emailed me a detailed report. All of my questions were answered and I will recommend Optima Home Inspections for radon testing in the future. As a first time home buyer new to the area, I was a little hesitant at first and didn't know who I could trust. I ended up hiring Optima for my home inspection and radon test, and I was pleasantly surprised. I guess people really are nicer in the Midwest. Not only did they do a great job, they explained everything clearly so that even someone with no experience like me could have peace of mind. They also provided me with a report with photos and information on what I need to do for the house. 5 stars for sure! I'll definitely be calling Optima in the future if I move again.

Optima was great! I didn’t have much time to get my home inspection done and they were able to accommodate me. They walked me through the house and told me about everything. Highly recommended! I bought my house before the radon information was widely/easily available. I keep hearing more and more about it and finally I got around to getting my house tested. My brother had Optima Home Inspections come out to his house and recommended them.Matt came in and setup his machine and came back 2 days later to pick it up again. Optima Home Inspection was great to work with. Matt answered any questions I had not only before the test but follow-up questions that came up afterward.He was super flexible with our limited time available before the contingency needed to be lifted on the home we were buying.I would recommend him to any of my family or friends looking to have a radon test done.

I hired Optima for my home inspection and radon test. Matt did a fantastic job and explained everything clearly. He provided a report with pictures and explanations of everything I needed to do. He also gave me a list of contractors. I would highly recommend Optima for home inspections and radon testing.
