Such a bad experience using their FedEx services.I’m away on vacation and forgot to pack my glasses and contact lenses so I had a friend bring them in to ship. The person working instructed her to fill it out as a single item, just list “glasses/contacts” and didn’t ask for, what we are now finding out, is necessary information to ship contact lenses and across border (brand and prescription).Because of the staffs lack of knowledge I am now a day away from leaving where I’m staying with a package that’s been delayed for days when I paid for International overnight priority. I’m now being told by Fedex I have to have a new commercial invoice filled out so I can have them shipped back home since they are currently stuck in Memphis TN, and I’m out $155 for the shipping cost.I’m sure the print services here are good, but it’s unfortunate that they are taking on a service that they aren’t able to delivery on properly.

I will never go to staples again knowing graphic zoo is just down the street. I was blown away by the customer service and how caring the staff was. Harold was helping me, and he truly went above and beyond to help me with my print that I wanted to gift. He was so knowledgeable and experienced. Not only did he teach me some tips along the way, but he paid so much attention to all the little details to make my present perfect. I was also super impressed by how quick he helped me out. Thank you again Harold, you're amazing!!

I love it when everything goes smoothly and you receive exactly what you want... and then your expectations are exceeded. Harold responded to my email request with all the necessary details for me to confirm and my order was completed shortly thereafter. I was very happy. I decided to put in a second order and it was even a faster turn-around and the final product was even better than I had hoped. I'm really happy with this business and will recommend it to my family and friends.

Short hours and no weekends. had to pick up FedEx, how do you expect people who work to up pick their packages? Gets there and won’t take bc services app for identification and worker said it could be fake. I mean a card isn’t much more real these days - making barriers for no good reason

After Staples failed us, we showed up here 15 minutes after closing for the long weekend. Wai stayed more than an hour after closing to print us the perfect seating chart and welcome cards for our wedding. The customer service and quality of work here is unmatched. Highly recommend graphiczoo and they have a customer for life.

Recently received excellent service from Harold. Every staff member I've encountered here is helpful, professional, and kind. I have only used them for FedEx services as I don't have any printing service requirements right now.
