Got a nitrogen canister refilled here, price and service was great! Love the D&M guys, highly recommend.

Dropped off four extinguishers for servicing and recharging. The work was done same day and they were very friendly and helpful. They even threw in a pen for my sarcasm. Did not see this so called weapon" on their property... just a crew of friendly men. I will return with more business for sure."

UPDATED AUGUST 2022: D&M followed up again. This time, they issued an apology and indicated ways in which they have improved their customer services. They offered to make amends with us. I would be prepared to work with them again.Thank you, Greg, for checking in with me.__________________________D & M did an inspection of our fire suppression system in December of 2017 in preparation for the occupancy of a tenant. They reported that our system passed the inspection. In June 2018, they did another inspection, in which they reported that our system no longer met safety requirements. When I queried them on this, they said that the system should not have passed inspection in December because the system was too old.Upgrading the system will cost a significant amount of money, and will inconvenience us and our tenant.The company has refused to admit any fault in the handling of our inspections, and has refused to offer any kind of compensation for the improper inspection in the first place or the inconvenience of the need for upgrading now. The office manager simply kept blaming the previous owners of the company.I am extremely disappointed in the service which was provided, and no longer trust the quality or validity of their inspections.D&M followed up, and I thought we had resolved things satisfactorily. However, I have now been informed that our tenant's insurer will not insure her business with the system as it is. In addition, D&M is not making any attempt to set things right with us. I cannot recommend them at all.

Very knowledgeable staff and were able to get me a commercial grade fire extinguisher suited for my needs.
