Super easy and quick drop offs. Staff is friendly. Btw this is actually the Penguin delivery centre on the Lower Simcoe St besides the wine shop. Going to QQW address will bring you to Subways….

The center is conveniently located, staff is really nice and helpful too.The ONLY problem is - Google maps takes you to a different place from where one can't easily figure out how to really get to this place.Also, it doesn't say FEDEX ANYWHERE!!!

not even 1 star... i decided to send parcel from toronto to moncton because website say2 bussiness day for ground shipping. anyhow i sent nearly 10 days ago but it still has been delayed to get delivered. i think it is the worst service i ever have. i am not sure when it will be delivered. i will never recommend fedex to anyone... canada post must be better choice.

I needed to return my fedex parcel. The staffs here are very welcoming and helpful. Huge contrast to alot of the FedEx/ups stores!
