Esther and her team provide kind, compassionate care to those they visit and I will be forever grateful for the efforts they made looking in on my Dad in his last few months.

They provide longer visits so the caregivers can really connect and get to know there clients and there needs. I have been working for Home Instade for approximately three months now and I have to say I am really impressed with the quality of service this company provides to their clients and employees.

Everyone at Home Instead was so professional and very kind, always wanting to make ways to help more. I was able to bring my father home to spend the rest of his life surrounded by family in his home that he was so proud of.

Home Instead was able to find caregivers in a remarkably short period of time after home consultation. They have matched two caregivers up well to my friend who lives alone and needs some extra support with medications and meals as well as social activities. We are pleased that the same caregivers are present every week. Both my friend and I are happy with this new arrangement.

Because of Melissa and Tracie at Home Instead we were able to have my father at home, surrounded by family, during his last days rather than alone in the hospital. Always on time. I like care services that asks is there anything else you need instead of is that all. small thing but makes a difference. Even if you may be sleeping while staff are present they will do something to fill the time. I have been disabled for years and know from experience what works best for me. Home instead listens to that feedback and will comply where medical possible. I was with home instead for 3-4 months and enjoyed the service every day. The staff make you feel like they are there to help you instead of rushing to get the main things done hoping to leave early. They will use the full time to do what they can to help you. I miss the service greatly and hope to return in the future. I recommend the service to others.
