1st off - Impossible to get ahold of anyone ever.Waited on hold for 2+ hours only to be told they closed and then hung up..2nd - they bring your ticket to collections" which is another company owned by Precise ParkLink Inc to scare you into paying.3rd - Sent an email for a Parking Pass

Parked here and entered one letter wrong when purchasing a pass for $6 Contacted them and got issued a parking ticket. Sent in an appeal to cancel the fine with a copy of proof of purchase, and was denied by the so called appeal board. Sent numerous emails back and fourth and they will not budge on this fine of $145. What a joke this place is!! Total money grab and now they’ve sent this to collection agency saying their appeal board made a decision and can not reverse it. I’m at a loss of what to do now, I’m definitely not paying $145.

Last December, their parking machine did not take my debit card and so I proceeded to download their app for payment. As I was 9 months pregnant, I went to sit in the nearby building inside and sign up for the app. During that time I got a ticket. I contested the ticket, saying my parking was paid for only a few minutes later than the ticket issued and the reason for it is their machine on site. Their review process is completely opaque and when I tried to call them to discuss, their customer service manager did not provide any information on the revision, said to pay up and hung up on me (I see in the reviews I am not the only one this happened to). Now because of the delay in contesting their decision, the fee went up from $39 to $144! I am not sure why I wasted my time and thought their would give me a fair process. Terrible company with no heart.

I received an invoice without ever receiving a ticket. After reaching out about any information related to the invoice it took a week for them to respond with no evidence to back up their claim and a 5 letter sentence in response to my email. These guys are the laziest people I've had the pleasure to deal with

Used Precise Parking in Calgary, Alberta. I had used their payment machine following all the prompts correctly. It had asked if I needed a receipt and I pushed the button for YES." The machine made a noise trying to print a receipt to place on my dashboard. After trying a few times with no success I phoned the number on the machine. They were absolutely no help. I did end up with a $94.25 ticket. I phoned the next day

Wow. I wonder how the employees sleep at night? Parked, paid, and went a few minutes over the meter. Came out. And a ticket for $93.75. Tried to appeal. Nothing. If you ever see a lot with their signage, no matter how desperate you are. Do not park in the lot. Total cash grab. Don’t let them scalp you for your money. Pathetic company. If there was a zero star or even negative star review option I would be using it for this company.

I am a student at a hospital which the parking is managed by Precise ParkLink. I have never experienced such ridiculous service via email. My parking pass card number needed to be changed to reflect my student status. Emailing them is useless because they kept resetting my card with the wrong card number. I had to hold up a line of cars for an entire week to get my issue resolved. It was only resolved by calling them multiple times with wait times up to 45 mins. Now, when it comes to being charged the first time, they charge me for the price of 4 months when I've only been here for 1 month. Let's see how long it takes to resolve this issue...

***BEWARE**** HIGH RISK ACTIVITY PARKING AT THEIR PARKING LOT. ***HIGH RISK OF LOSING YOUR GOOD CREDIT****Do no use this company's parking lot. EVERIf you ever get a ticket, take action (meaning pay up) asap otherwise they will try to ruin your credit rating. It will be almost impossible for any reasonable normal person to take off their collection notice off their credit file.This company is insane !!!!Don't use it.

They don't advise anyone of the cost to park. There is no indication that it is a paid parking area until after they give you a ticket.Their sign simply reads : Visitors Park Here and then they put an invoice on your car afterwards for $40.

have parked in two of their lots, both above and underground. despite paying for parking i have been ticketed in the past because when i signed up for parking they took my license plate down wrong. they waived the ticket but have not been nice to deal with since. though i have auto deposit set up, they’ve claimed multiple times that i have outstanding payments and only deigned to tell me so when i noticed a crazy charge on my bill that shouldn’t have been there. their fees are ridiculous and the only reason people park with them is because oftentimes there are no other options. needless to say, i am cancelling my subscription and advise all others NOT to deal with these crooks.
