This is too their post office attachment. You really need to retrain some of your employees on parcel shipment practices I went to ship a parcel last night and asked if I could get a label printed there so it's more legible, the worker looked at me like I was speaking gibberish. They also didn't let me review the parcel to ensure the address was correct or add the return address or even the receiver's name, before they took it to the back.They were also very rude and acted like me being there to ship something was an inconvenience to them. And they also acted the same way to the people in front of me. I will not be going back if I can help it.

Ive had a few errors and multiple miscommunications with their pharmacy, much more than average but still i continued going cause it was convenient but after the attitude and rude tone from the white haired pharmacist i recently received at this location, enough is enough. No one deserves to be talked down to in public while trying to pick up a prescription. Thankfully we have many other pharmacies in town and i found another nearby one that had staff that were super lovely and understanding towards my minor issue. Its an incredibly minor clerical issue that takes 2 seconds to clear up but it seemed to make this rexall pharmacist so irritated that she would not only raise her voice at me to say ok

The young lady at the pharmacy saw me helping my daughter walk and immediately came out from the counter with a wheelchair. She helped fit my daughters aircast and got us in and out really fast after a long day. Keep up the great work!

I went to this pharmacy for months, then left town for a few years, then returned and went back to this pharmacy for a few months. I’ve moved around a lot and due to my medical needs, I’ve been to A LOT of pharmacies all over Canada. And this pharmacy is BY FAR the worst. When picking up my prescription, I would be confident they wouldn’t have it ready.And with it not being ready, they would act super inconvenienced by me and super short with me and rude as though it was my fault they didn’t have their act together. This was often after I had called to make sure they would have it ready.It’s appalling how bad this store is. Go to the pharmacy across the street - Pharmasave. I made that change and it’s fantastic.

I just went here on my lunch break from work to grab some diapers for my son and one of the employees chased me out of the store and accused me of stealing! I can't think of what I could have done differently. I walk in, grab a basket, browse the aisles while putting my items in my basket, wait in line for 5 minutes to pay, pay for my items, walk out of the store, and get accused of stealing. I usually go to Shopper's and it turns out I was making the right move. She asked if I had a receipt and then didn't even want to see it when I said that I had one, and she said that someone had reported me for stealing so she was obligated to chase me down and check. Was this reported to her before or after I was standing in line and paying $54 for my items? It's so insulting and embarrassing, I will NOT be back in this store as long as I live.

Pharmacy lady very rude and wont sell items in bulk to paying customers. Not sure what her deal is but it's a very unpleasant experience.

This location is the worst Rexall I have ever dealt with! The Manager and the Pharmacist are both rude and obnoxious.I requested the island manager call me over a month ago and still nothing. Goes to show they really don’t care about their customersUpdate: I never did have anyone call me back. So I moved my prescriptions to IDA Accurx drugstore, just down the road from Rexall and the service there is fantastic everyone that works there is so helpful no one rude. If anyone else has ever had a bad experience at Rexall pharmacy with their pharmacist I really suggest IDA.

I cannot even describe how terrible this pharmacy is. Zero care in the world for the customers, mistake after mistake, zero apologies for errors, absolutely horrible experience and I’m so happy I finally switched pharmacies somewhere else. They need a big lesson on customer service.

I went to drop off a prescription this morning, and the young lady asked the pharmacist how long it would take, and Carmen told him just tell him to come back in twenty minutes. When i came back one half an hour later he asked her nicely if it was ready and she said no. I'm really busy and everybody expects their meds in five minutes. I said you told him to tell me twenty minutes so don't snap at him and don't be snotty to me. I came back later and picked up my meds and I told her I will be calling the head manager Andy on Monday. Her attitude is unacceptable to her fellow workers as well as customers."

I recently moved from the mainland and used the Rexall New Westminster store for my prescriptions and was very happy with them as I felt they truly cared about me as a customer, which is why I chose Rexall Nanaimo, expecting the same service. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about this location. I feel that they are too busy to truly care about their customers. My most recent experience was when I renewed my prescriptions early in the morning through their app for pick up the next day at 10:00 a.m.. At 9:30 a.m. the morning of when I requested it be ready, I was still not notified that my prescriptions were ready for pick up at the requested time, so I called to confirm they would be ready for 10 a.m. and to ensure they even got my refill request as did not fully trust this location yet. I was told they did not have the no-name brand of one of my prescriptions in stock for some reason and would need to order it. Why would they not call me and let me know this to make sure that was ok or perhaps whether I wanted to sub the branded version instead? Why does the customer have to follow up to find out what is going on? POOR COMMUNICATION and this is not the first time. I also do not like the frantic sounding way the phone is answered when I have to be put on hold. This was the nail in the coffin so I am done with Rexall. From talking to the pharmacist at IDA across the street, I already get the feeling they actually care about their customers and will be going there in the future.
