Great delivery service however when it comes to warranty... Will only provide service between 9 and 4 weekdays, expected me to take half a day off a new job to fix my washer a week before warranty expired. Owner was very rude and wouldn't listen. I would not recommend them.

We have used EZ Appliance a couple times. They treated us very well. We required a fridge for our shop, and later a front load washing machine.We did not need shiny new expensive machines as these will live in a workplace. We did have an issue with the washing machine, it failed. But the EZ Appliance people made it right and replaced the faulty washer. What more can I ask for? We like them, and would recommend their products.-Ron

bought a samsung dryer a month ago and used less than 10 times and not working.Tried to call EZ Appliance (Friday, 3pm) but not answering and can't even leave voice mail because it is full.Hope they got a better service after selling products.

Do not wast your money with these guys.It's a scam! They will rip you off! I spend about $500 for a set. They sold me an old broken machine that doesn't work. They won't fix, replace or return my money back. Will definitely get justice for these.

I truly appreciate a good service as this one. Quick response, fair price and best of all next day delivery. I will be reaching out to ez appliances for now on.

Update: had said dryer repaired by a different company and the sound difference is very noticeable. Old motor was definitely on the way out and was sold to me by EZ appliances in that condition.This was a lesson well learned on my behalf. Check the original dates of manufacture for the used appliances you purchase else you buy a 2004 set that has a repair at almost cost of the whole machine when the warranty is out.Original review was 3 stars starts here:Prices are good for what they offer and I did end up requiring service within my 90 day warranty.Both times I required service I was able to get the assistance I needed (one for a bandaid fix that would tell us if it was a larger issue, then the second time my machine was taken back for maintenance as the bandaid didn't hold)The communication of the company leaves much to be desired though. This company would do well with a good secretary rather than (I think) the owner doing all of the customer communication as his style of speaking can come off abrasive though I suspect is not meant to.Was going to be 4 stars but my dryer is broken again with a different issue now and is out of warranty :,)

I really had a very bad experience as a customer.I purchased stove from this person with a warranty of 3 months.After some days , noticed a major defect in stove.Called so many times, then got a response that why you responding after some days and said to send the video which I did but then he said it's late , I'll check tomorrow.After that he said you investigate it and let me know what and why it happened.As I m not a professional to figure out all those things.After that I m not getting any response at all.I'll recommend that please always find and got for someone professional and customer service oriented. Always please pay a bit more but don't prefer this one.This is very unreliable and try to avoid buying anything from them

I tried to purchase a set washer and dryer. Upon finding out the company was in Calgary and me being in Edmonton it cost a lot more for delivery. Cancelled the order and was told that there is a restocking fee of 100 dollars. That is absolutely disgusting that a used appliance will charge that. In the end it cost me $160. Dollars to cancel the delivery. The owner is whom I felt with and if I would have check this site before sending payment before delivery I would not have purchased anything from this company and I will do my best to let everyone else know how I was treated.Not happy with the service or the owner.Robert

I told him I wanted an item but had to get husband to measure space because small space he says ok 2 hours later he sold it and business hours are 9 to 2 so can't even go look at it
