I bought a 2019 Golf R from a dealership and despite having been detailed before taking possession, the car was left with swirls and scratches throughout the clear coat. I took my 2011 Acadia to be cleaned after use by 6 kids for 4 years and having minimal attention from me. Rob did an amazing job!!! It looks like new inside and out. Rob did an incredible job on our 2006 Volvo wagon. After 3 kids and a dog this car had seen it all, but it came back looking like new and now we will never sell it! Our Prius C has never been cleaner. We left our car overnight for the diamond package (interior + exterior) the day before we met up with the purchaser of the car. Rob at Reflection Perfection was super helpful and flexible arranging a right time for the cleaning. You don't have to explain to him what to pay attention to - he does take care of every single spot you can find. The car purchaser we later met really loved the condition of the car. Rob takes care of one car each day and he so kindly took off JP logo stickers and offered we can even pick up the car the day we left it. So satisfied. Rob removed 5 month old latex paint from the entire side of my car, looks better than brand new. And he tested to make sure he could remove before agreeing to take on the job.
