Quality, value, responsiveness, punctuality all good. I do not use on regular basis but when I do am very pleased with results... the staff are always pleasant and upbeat and bathroom and kitchen sparkling, carpets vacuumed (we have a dog) as well as dusting etc. Recommended.

Tailor Maid has been cleaning our house for about 5 years and they always do an incredible job. What they are able to accomplish in 2 hours is remarkable. House cleaning day is my favorite day of the week!
