The last time i was there was 10 years ago. My wife needed clubs and was totally ignored. Went to the repair area and was told the sales MEN found it to time consuming to deal with women's clubs. Complained to 2 young cash clerks who apologised but offered no assistance. Left a phone message and sent an email. Never a response. Please note; there were no female staff on the golf side of the operation at that time. I've never returned.

Large box store with every golf manufacturer of clubs and clothing. They also have a putting area where all the putters are located, as well as an area where you can have clubs fitted at the back of the store.Employees are eager to help, courteous, and easy to get a hold of when you need to find something or have a question.But I found some employees to not be well versed in the various golf products they sell. This wasn't a large problem for me, but this may be a downfall to someone who is new to golf and is looking for some guidance on which products best suit their needs.

Love the store great staff, there to assist not push. My only issue is the store hours. 10am to 5pm?? Multiple times I've needed some golf gear early morning prior to tee off. Just not possible. I've taken to Amazon for my golf needs simply due to the store hours. Extend the hours and I'll return.

This Golf Town is easily the best location and for that matter the best of any golf store I have ever been to. Zach went above and beyond in assisting me trying out drivers, his advice and direction was absolutely fantastic. He was extremely professional, polite and knowledgeable. He made things abundantly easy for me - I can’t say enough good things about him. I ended up buying a $574.00 driver and couldn’t be happier about the experience. I will definitely recommend this location to all of my golfing associates and will be back to buy a putter in the near future. Thanks again Zach!

It’s the best retail experience I’ve had (the Barrie store) in a long time. Every time I’m in the store the staff is really helpful and friendly. Plus their integrity is great. They have price protected me on everything I bought this year - which is great since I spent more than I should have. Special thanks to Jamie who was especially patient in the hitting area :)

My shopping experience today was very good...thus 4 stars. I went into have 6 clubs regripped. Service was efficient and I was in and out in under 25 minutes. I was lucky as they had the grips I wanted in stock...although I got the last of them. Stock is very low due to covid supply chain problems. They hope to get more stock early in the new year. Usually at this point in the season there would be a lot on sale. But being almost the only game in town" they seem to feel there is no need. Very limited Fall clearance items."

I wanted to take a minute to shout out Dustin who was very knowledgeable and professional. Dustin took the time to explain the differences between a handful of different clubs. To the Golf Town Barrie manager; I hope you are aware of how lucky you are to have an employee like Dustin. Do not take his customer service for granted.
