We had a terrible experience shopping at Lacoste Metrotown. We were served by the store manager (middle-age Asian lady - I didn't get her name). Not only was she rude, she was pushy and lacked empathy. After reading all of the comments on Google Review, I wondered why Lacoste still keeps her there as the store manager. It is clear that the management do not give much thoughts or care much about hiring staffs that values its customers.

I love this store and I will go back again to buy more t-shirts when they have more stock, very soon. I like that the store was clean, organized and bright. My special thanks to Elizabeth, the store manager was helpful, knowledgeable, kind, professional and friendly. I got what I needed. Thank you very much to all of you. You guys deserve more. Horrible experience! DONT GO! The store manager was rude and unprofessional. Don’t waste your time and money being there. I could give no star if possible.

Kick us out of the shop for calling someone! I was waiting in-line for 1 hours! The manager was impolite. Should be back in grade one to learn manners. Bad shop. Was good to me the first time. Second time was rude. Not going back. And for people who read reviews, Never Go even they have promotions, they will be RUDE and kick you out of the store just because you are not looking at the products.

Very bad experience in the store. Dont know how to talk to the customer . She talk very loudy and showing the aggressive behaviour when we are in the store .

I went in the Metrotown store a few weeks ago before black Friday, the store is indeed pretty small, but the selection is good, and the staff is very helpful.I have been helped by Betty and couldn't ask for a better service.Thank you!
