There really should be an investigation with how the residents are treated. Staff will gladly throw out all of their belongings without batting an eye and take pleasure from doing so. The power tripping I have seen is absolutely disgusting and unlike anything I have ever seen. This field draws in people with bad intentions and ICCS screens very poorly. Both staff and management have a major sense of entitlement rather than a sense of duty. A resident will be evicted for making staff uncomfortable" by calling staff a pet name
