Very rude disrespectful and unhelpful service and agents. We asked if there are any offers that can help reduce our bill the one dealing with us said no it can only be discussed on phone another guy told my sister he could discuss so I conclude that this guy Faizan who was dealing with us was actually not in a mood to help and work because when got there we waited too long as they were all inside having their break. And we requested if he could help us to waive our activation fee for the new phone we wanted to buy and he said no he can’t do it.They did it for my son a few months ago. I would not recommend anyone to be with Fido. I even told him that you guys have very bad customer service and he said that we are creams scene. I am going to change my service. No more Fido for me.

Far too long wait times... its almost like they only want to handle 2-3 customers ALLL DAY! I waited for about an hour .. while both reps just took their sweet time with the smaller requests from the customers in front of me. Monday December 12, 2022

Went to purchase new phone in person and received awesome service. Not only from one Rep, but they all helped each other when one had a question they couldn't answer on the spot - including the manager. Great team work! They also took the time and patiently helped me set up the phone. Keep it it! Unfortunately not easy to find such good service nowadays.

This store is run by a Sad and miserable bunch. I’m thankful I visited and even better they denied me service so we walked out and walked right into Telus and landed with great plans and the phones we both wanted.

I'm unhappy with the service at this location, I booked an appointment and i received an email confirming my appointment and asked me to wait for the second email. After i waited for half an hour i see the employees leaving the store so i asked them what happened to my appointment!!! He said we didn't check the system!! Come tomorrow or go to another store. That's ridiculous with zero respect to the customer.

First time Fido customer. Took advantage of the great promotional plan. Customer service was fine, didn't face any issues although the system didn't accept AmEx card as secondary verification method although it allowed it to enter. Fido has good network coverage. Will see how the service is over the time.

I had a very bad experience with the Erin Mills Town Centre Fido. In November of 2021 I bought a very expensive flip phone from them and at the same time I upgraded my plan. I was told by the sales person (Wishma) that they will waive the $50 setup fee and I will see it in my next bill. Last week I got my 3rd bill after the purchase and still no refund. I called them several times during this period and I was told to wait until next bill!! Today out of frustration I went to the store and Wishma was there. She said she never said anything about a refund!! The store manager, Sateesh, also said the same thing. They were both very rude and basically kicked me out of the store. I will contact Customer Service to see if they can do any thing. I have been with FIDO for more than 20 years and I am going to cancel the 3 lines I have with them as soon as possible. Don't go there. They are a bunch of un-professionals and they do not know what they are doing.

I’ve been with Fido for almost 15 years. Fido Erin Mills and its manager Jameel was mere moments from losing my entire families business due to their lack of responsibility and management. I was told there would be a call to inform me that the phone was ready for pick up. I never received one and ended up calling myself at 3:30. I was then told it was ready for pick up. Quite disappointing that they couldn’t even give me the courtesy of a call despite the fact that the phone can only be held for a day. I was then told to come before 9. I arrived at 8:05 pm after work to find that they were closed one hour early. No sign, no explanation nothing.Went the next day (Nov 8th) to pick up the phone and the promo I was given. The manager (Jameel) than proceeded to tell me that the promo was over and they were not able to give me what was promised. That they were not responsible for closing early and that they could do nothing for me. He gave me the run around with the same excuse each time claiming it was due to staff shortages. If that was the case then it shouldn’t be the customers having to pay for the consequences of the stores lack of organization. I was told nothing could be done and even when asked to refer to me to someone who can assist me he merely gave me the typical Fido CS line.After 1.5 hours with customer service I was able to escalate the situation to corporate to get what I deserved. This store gave me no assistance, had no accountability and clearly has no regard for their customers. They’ve wasted my time and offered me no compensation for their shortcomings. Jameel was absolutely unapologetic and offered nothing to rectify the situation. Not surprising that there were reviews that showed similar experiences. The only reason I’m still with Fido is due to their customer service providing somewhat of a solution. This location did nothing for me. Disappointing.

Went to return something at this location. Manager said there was no account and told us to call the 1-800 number. The lady on the phone was much more useful and we had to give the manager OUR PHONE while she was on there. His response to us was for us to call a help line when we are standing in the store because you can not find our account even after showing you our account info. The 1-800 number was great though. Happy we are done with Fido and won’t have to go back there again. EDIT - you can see my review history I am not a negative reviewer so you know this has to be a badly run location for this review to go up.
