I love this store. The staff are so helpful and knowledgeable. And when I bought a vape battery that stopped working they exchanged it for free. Of all the cannabis stores in the city it's by far my favorite.

I am from Kitchener and first went in because of a sign I saw at the street when I was in the area. I have been back a few times, and have found the staff to be friendly, helpful and courteous. The places I have tried in Kitchener just don’t measure up, so I will continue to drive back to brantford. I don’t have a lot of experience in this area, but prices seem to be reasonable.

Definitely one of the best cannabis retailers in Brantford! Their menus and flower selections are fantastic and I’m always spoiled for choice every time I visit. Their staff members are very friendly, knowledgeable and happy to chat and take the time to help you out. I had a really fun visit there today and I left with a couple recommendations that I can’t wait to try next time I come in. I was also extremely impressed with all of the high potency and craft offerings they have available. Quite a few of them are strains that other shops don’t have at all. I like to buy high THC and exotic craft strains from companies like BLKMKT, Truro, Tenzo, OGEN etc. and they always have the best flower! I honestly feel like they really keep up with all the latest drops and releases too. I left with a big ol’ smile on my face and couldn’t wait to get home and enjoy. Thank you for making my buying experience really enjoyable for me and taking the time to answer my questions and suggest things I might like to try. There are lot of places in Brantford to grab a bag of some nice buds, but Tonik really sets themselves apart through amazing customer service and top notch menus and products. Their staff have been so nice to me every time I’ve been in and I’m glad I finally came by to check you guys out. Thanks for everything and keep up the great work. You have a wonderful team of employees there who obviously love what they do!

The staff are always very friendly, they love giving recommendations and they haven't let me down yet! Their selection is amazing: almost any way you want to partake is available for purchase and their staff are incredibly knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Wow, what a fantastic store. They have many types of gummies and also stuff that other local stores don’t have — like chips, ice cream topping, teas, etc. I really appreciate the diverse inventory. The vibe in the store is nice as well.

Fantastic cannabis store! Owner is such a sweet heart and the customer service is beyond exceptional. They have phenomenal vape carts with quite high percentages - my go to is Tiger Blood(1g) for only $40. Also, they have some select edibles that are not all that bitter and give a good body high.I strongly recommend to check out this family run store.5/5 on all marks! Wonderful job guys and keep on being amazing!
