Super Tunnel Car Wash
Paid for $17 for a deluxe wash to include under carriage wax and salt prep. Drove home to dry since the don't provide towels. Walked to the back and the whole tailgate and bumper looks as if it wasn't touched and wheel wheels and side of car still has salt residue. Wth. Now have to drive back across town .

1-2 associates do initial pressure-wash to remove most dirt and wet the surfaces prior to the automated system. Towelettes and high-suction vacuum allows me to detail the interior. Super Tunnel Car Wash
I always go to the Super Tunnel off Elk Vale Road but the others are top notch as well. $12 bucks deluxe does everything I need and get the same results every time. Moving to unlimited subscription because I am finally driving more. The time saved versus washing with wand is $12 well spent in my opinion.

Signed up for the $24.95 wash and apparently after several months, it was increased to $35 per month. No idea how it increased so significantly, but I never changed the selected service. Shady, subscription canceled.

Super Tunnel Car Wash
I went through the super tunnel car wash on hwy 44. The car wash scraped up the offside of my vehicle. The manager of the car wash states that it was not caused by the car wash, however, the damage was not there prior to my visit, in fact I was going to trade the car in the day prior and the dealership did a thorough walk around the car and noted no damage. I believe that a quick buffing will repair the sratches and am most disappointed by the lack of accountabilty.. we all make mistakes, but we should own up to those mistakes.

Super Tunnel Car Wash
Completely unprofessional. Your carwash ripped my license plate off and damaged my car and the workers only gave the plate to my wife and acted like it was my fault. I've been using this carwash for 3 or 4 months and nothing has ever happened and this happen today and no one cared. I won't be back to this place ever again. I will keep MY money and go somewhere else.

Super Tunnel Car Wash
This is a really nice car wash, offering soft touch, no touch, and self-service wash. Price is on par with similar cat washes. One downside is that there is no membership program. They do have an app that gets you points, which you can earn free washes and free vacuum time

Super Tunnel Car Wash
I really like the Super Tunnel Car Wash on Sheridan Lake Rd in Rapid City, SD. It is convenient, thorough, and tolerates my roof rack well. Only issue I had is the spot-free rinse wasn't working during my wash. It hasn't been worked the last two washes.

I have been using Super Tunnel for over a year.This car wash is one of the Best in Rapid City.They prewash before you enter the automated part.The car wash is very thorough it cleans waxes and forced airdry.

Super Tunnel Car Wash
One of the best car washes I've used. Staff takes time to prep your vehicle. I had 6000 miles of dead Bugs on my car and they got them all.
