Working with Sebastian was the highlight of our home buying experience! Not only was he knowledgeable, responsive and kind - he was very well connected and able to put us in touch with equally helpful people we needed throughout the process (I.e., mortgage broker, building inspector, etc). As first time home buyers, we had lots of questions and the search process consisted largely of narrowing down where we wanted to be, what the dealbreakers were and what our comfortable budget was - through it all Sebastian was a listening ear and helped steer us to a home that checked all of our boxes. As much as we are loving our starter home, Sebastian will be our first call when we decide to re-visit the real estate market!

He was transparent in providing listing price strategies, communicative while the house was on the market, and knew when to push the buyers for a counter offer. We had been thinking about selling our first home for awhile and knew the time had come when our daughter started taking her first steps.
