I highly recommend Carol for wedding dress alterations. I reached out to Carol two weeks before my wedding in desperate need of someone to provide high quality alterations on my wedding dress. She was very quick to respond to my message and I was able to drop off my dress the next day. Upon meeting Carol I was immediately put at ease as it was evident she is extremely knowledgeable and skilled. I was very happy with the alterations Carol provided. My dress looked and fit great.

After going to a few places that charge the same amount as the dress, Carol took my daughter’s grad dress for alteration and got it done in a week for the least cost. I highly recommend Carol! She did really well and we are happy with her work!

Carol Palmer made my wedding dress, my bridesmaids dresses and flower girls! Honestly it’s hard to put into words how much I love her work! I have been married 7 years and I still think my dress is better than most! She helped me chose all the fabric and designed the dresses to fit my bridesmaids to best suit their figures! She is professional and I couldn’t have asked for more from my designer but let the photos speak for themselves!!

Had a wonderful experience with Carol. I took a wedding dress I bought to her for alterations and a bustle. She listened to what I wanted and worked with me to create my dream dress which was perfect when I picked it up. She was caring, professional and her prices cant be beaten. I will now always take my alterations to her.

Carol Hean is the most amazing dressmaker. My family have used her for over 30 years, for all the dance dresses that our girls required, over 12 dresses!!! All the dresses were made to our exact requirements and often Carol would give us advice, which was always better than our own original ideas!!! she also knows exactly what will suit the body shape and what wont, also what colors and fabric will suit. Believe me, you will be 100% happy with her work!!
