I did not go here, but did phone them and placed an order.For the phone call, I was able to connect with a live person very quickly and they were pleasant to deal with and answered all my questions.For the order I placed on line, it was easy to do but my package arrived later then the estimated 2 days which the website said.I has paid additional for 2 day shipping, therefore the 4 star rating.

Ordered some shoes on their website, and mentioned the shipping address as well. For some reason, the shoes were delivered to their shop in Toronto (I live in Ottawa). I called customer support, an agent (Chanel?) apologized for the mistake and offered to ship the shoes to my place for no additional fees. She also promised to circle back with a tracking number as soon as the shoes were picked up by Fedex at the shop. It's been almost a week now, and impossible to reach the customer support or the shop on Queen Street. I should have read the reviews before placing my order. This is the first and last time I give them my money.

Great experience. Ordered online and my order came in the time frame they said. First time shopping with them. Shipping was fast. Looking forward to dealing with them in the future.

Terrible experience. Bought a pair of Air Max 86' shoes online on March 26th, and received confirmation that it would be shipped in 5 to 7 days... then a week later I received a message saying they are now out of stock! And no apology or anything offered for my troubles. Now I will be forced to look into resale to get a pair as I stopped trying to get them at retail once I received the confirmation.Much like the infamous car rental agency from that old Seinfeld epidsode, it appears size? know's how to take the reservation, they just don't know how to *hold* the reservation and that's really the most important part of the reservation, the holding. Anybody can just take them.

Beware! Order fulfillment is very slow and there is no customer service. I placed a pickup order at the Queen/Ossington store and now 8+ business days later there has been no movement at all. They do not respond to emails, and do not answer the phone. They do not answer questions in the store about online orders, telling you to call the central customer service line, where nobody picks up the phone. Absolutely shocking customer service. This is not a good business and their reviews reflect that.

A+ service for real! Honestly, I was skeptical due to some poor reviews but it looks like Size? has really listened to their customer base and have added several measures to improve their customer service.Short(ish) story, I ordered two pairs of slides that were delivered within 2 days (great shipping speed) however, one pair came in defective. I read the reviews but still decided to go in store to see what they could do for me if anything. Upon entering the store, the staff greeted and acknowledged me in a very warm, welcoming and upbeat manner which was refreshing. I told them my situation and without any hesitation or any push-back, they took the defective pair and also pushed my issue along to customer service in order to issue me a refund for the pair which came a day later. The whole process from receiving the slides to getting the refund only took 3 days total which is amazing speed of service! I’m very happy at the speed in which they took care of my issue as well the understanding and care they put towards me and my situation. Thank you very much again Size? I’ll definitely be visiting and buying from you guys again. Cheers!

Shopped in store, wasn’t even acknowledged when I walked in. I have a bit of anxiety of walking into sneaker stores like this because the experience is rarely welcoming especially towards women.Had three dudes all watch me try on shoes without asking me how I like them or anything. One guy was a bit nicer than the others at checkout but overall could work on their customer service.Didn’t even want to browse the store because of how unwelcomed I felt.

BEWARE!! If you order a shoe online and don’t receive it they will ignore every email you send and will not provide tracking info to help find the pair. I never received my shoe that I ordered and they have refused to respond to emails inquiring about them. I now believe they never even bothered to send the pair as any reputable company would provide tracking or look into the whereabouts of their product. I have been forced to now do a follow up with my credit card company later today. You need to improve your customer service as it’s completely non existent.

I ordered 4 shoes for my birthday I received them one by one it’s not all together and they are bit late too, one of the 4 shoes didn’t come like 2 weeks in the time that they give. I emails them multiple times before they got an action with my missing order. One of my order too looks fake. The customer service is the worst because you didn’t get any response or help from them. And I don’t know all my shoes came from different provinces so I don’t know if all the shoes I bought is legit. Hope it’s not fake. The way they packed the shoes too is worse one of the box is damage, the other one the paper inside to cover the shoes is old paper and it’s damage so my question is did I bought fake shoes ? Just my thoughts. Because I got really bad experience and I bought a lot of shoes.
