Extremely satisfied with my overall experience with Barzotti. We got our kitchen and 3 bathrooms done. Everything from the initial design process to the delivery, install & customer service was exceptional. Our designer was Clara and she incorporated every detail we wanted and was very pleasant and helpful. The price was amazing for everything that was included compared to other companies and the quality is incomparable. I will definitely be returning for other areas in my home.

They did an amazing job on our custom made kitchen cupboards. So helpful and accommodating. A bit of a wait, but oh so worth it. Rick, our installer, and Colin, were unbelievable perfectionist and we so appreciated that. Look no farther!

They have great customer service over the phone, but their installers are another thing... left a complete mess of saw dust from fresh cabinet installations. It should be simple to clean up after themselves.We cleaned up the mess from the delivery drivers tracking dirt through the apartment the day before as well.Missing small pieces for the shelves to sit on, and missing shelves... not a great experience for us and we didn't even choose them for this renovation we moved in to a freshly renovated apartment.

Unfortunately I have to write a negative review on a well established, reputable local company. This review is a long one with not much positives.While I understand with Covid related issues ( timeframe, scheduling, downtime, supply issues, etc.) we are paying for a quality product that I expected from the reputation I have heard about and expect from Barzotti. We did not get this, and still waiting for our kitchen to be finished.The following are the issues we have encountered:- Countless delays of expected install date. When we were looking at signing off on the quote on February 22nd 2021, mid May was the quoted install. Mar 22 was the site measure. On Mar 25th install was now June. Apr 9th we signed off and the install would be at the end of June. Install was actually on July 8th, July 22nd the installers came back with some fixes, and as of today August 25th, Barzotti still hasn’t finished the install and fix the quality issues we have encountered. We went with Brazotti as the time frame of mid to end of May was what we were hoping for, so our Kitchen ended up being 3 months late and still not done. It is what it is, but not a great start.- When we went in to sign off on the project, and knowing what we know now with the quality of work and our expectations, we were rushed into making decisions on the spot as we were told if we didn't sign off then we wouldn't have the kitchen till September! Not a great sales tactic by any means and it made us miss details we would have caught or most likely would have been looked at if Laura wasn't rushed. She did her best but I can only expect so much on the pressure she was under.- on the install date, the delivery guys were great with the installers doing their best. A few details on the drawing that were missed seemed to create issues though but with compromising we got most of it installed the day of install but had many issues to be resolved- there was miscommunication with our design wants and what was detailed on the vanities. They were meant to be free standing pieces but ended up being built-in units that the installers didn't want to correct. We ended up compromising.- Many quality issues, from divets in the doors, Door pull issues, drawer hardware falling off, Paint easily scratching off after a week installed.- All Hinges need to be replaced with 90deg soft close hinges due to design flaws. 90% of our doors have contact and are already showing signs of damage. This detail was overlooked with the design of our kitchen and needs to be resolved.- 2 upper cabinets beside the hood vent need to be fixed (completely replaced) due to design flaws. There needs to be a filler piece to prevent the door and pull damaging other parts of the kitchen even with the 90deg hinge. eThis many issues should not be happening. Plus, We have not heard from Barzotti for a month now and we have a kitchen that is 70% done and no resolution to the issues currently. The least I expect is a returned phone call or email telling me the progress and confirmation of the issues and resolutions.

We have just finished renovating our kitchen and was extremely happy with our new cabinets. Barzotti staff were professional continuously communicating and accommodating, delivered what they had promised from design to finish. Installers were on time highly skillful and went beyond and above. Thank you Barzotti for making our Christmas a special one.

We did our kitchen not too long ago and had a wonderful experience. We are loving our new kitchen. We had a tight space to work with but our designer made use of every inch. Our favourite aspect is the countertop cabinet that gives us much more storage than we previously had. Highly recommend Barzotti's! Every detail was thought of and the installers were great too!

We couldn't be happier, with our beautiful Custom Barzotti Kitchen & Buffet. They were completed on time, excellent quality, installed with great care and impeccable Customer Service.

After some back and forth, and a few days of installation our kitchen is just about done and it's beautiful. There was a mix-up with our microwave opening but Barzotti rectified it and didn't charge us which was so appreciated. They make a beautiful Kitchen and we love how it looks and can't wait to show our friends and family. When ordering, be patient. They are up against a lot with the way the industry is right now (post-pandemic) but it will be worth it. Keep the lines of communication open and it will be less stressful. Thank you to Sylvia for her help and Monica for doing her best to get us our Kitchen on time.

After a few complications (out of the builders control) and some miscommunication with our design we were concerned but the team returned (albeit late) to fix the issues.We are absolutely in love with our kitchen and it certainly wasn't an easy task. A complete makeover from a sitting room to a fully functional, beautiful, custom kitchen with so many surprise storage areas!

Speaking on behalf of my (late) mom and dad who ordered the cabinets for our home, they couldn't be more happier! As an employee of this company (almost 20 years and counting!), I am not only happy as my parents are with our new and improved kitchen, but am also proud to be working with and for this company for quite some time, and looking forward to being with them for many more years to come!
