Overall great experience. Staff were very helpful and friendly (Kim, Michelle, Josefina and Kevin were exceptional). They greeted us as soon as we walked into the door. They were patient and very welcoming. This location has great sales and great selections. The store is extremely clean and well organized.

The staff used to be really nice but lately they have been extremely rude. I won’t name her here but there is a cashier who’s name starts with an L who has been aggressive and rude to me and other customers on multiple occasions.

April 2023 - Michaels, South Keys locationI ordered a few items online. Easy to order, and pickup. No need to talk to anyone at the store. Find the bucket with your name on it at the front of the store and away you go. Great prices also, and there always seems to be a 30 percent off coupon available to use online or store on one regular priced item.

The items were good quality and the project I did turned out great! Downside was that staff were hard to find regarding questions prior to getting to cashier.

This is my go-to place whenever I want to start a hobby or replenish my existing one. It has also definitely been my store to get any frames for all projects. Worth a walk-through. Trust me when I say you will not leave empty handed.

Michael's store is a good store. However the prices are crazy because most of the items can be made at home. So those costs surely hurt the consumer interest in coming into those stores. Walmart for instance still has the same items for way less, even better Amazon as well. Prices are why I have 3 star out of 5.

Derick was really helpful as well as Steve who assisted me with my curbside pickup and Julia who helped me with extra bags when the initial ones provided tore because of the packagings sharp edges. Derick attempted to resolve my problem in-store but ended up needing to call customer service who were just as helpful because I could not get a refund issued in-store to my virtual visa debit card and accepting an in-store credit was not an acceptable solution for me. I picked up my online orders and returned the items I no longer wanted seamlessly. Because I used a virtual visa debit card he couldn't processy refund in store but customer service was able to do so over the phone. Once he hung up with them, he kept the online order slips, took back the 2 items and I was on my way. I received the email confirmations right away advising me that a refund has been processed and to expect the funds to be in my account within 3-5 business days. All in all an enjoyable experience!

Great experience, I bought the wrong color of flowers was able to return them and exchange them for the ones I wanted. Had no issues and had great customer service!

If I had the option to give zero stars I would because I visit the store today to either do a return or exchange even , I had all my proof of purchase and everything I needed but the sale association needed the packaging with the product which it doesn’t make sense how can I have the packaging attached to the item with me to open and see it’s damaged or not and even she didn’t even try to look up the item with my receipt because on the receipt shows all the sea of the item and everything but she didn’t accept it the barcode item it’s already on the receipt I work in retail I know you are able too it’s not necessary to have the barcode or the warping attached to the item to do a return and honestly I was able to call a different store so friendly and understandable about my situation they were able to help me I don’t recommend this location

I have been in Canada for five years, and today I received the best service at Michael's store. Steve went above and beyond, making this branch my top choice. Thank you, Steve, for your astonishing help today.
